Ghanaian customer visits factory: Enhancing Cooperation Through Factory Tour and New Excavator Test Drive

We were delighted to welcome a delegation of key clients from Ghana for a comprehensive factory visit and a test drive of our latest excavator models.  The visit served to strengthen mutual trust and explore new opportunities for collaboration in the construction machinery sector.

The clients received a detailed overview of our manufacturing processes and product development capabilities.  They toured our production workshops and observed the advanced quality inspection procedures that underpin each machine.  The highlight of the visit was the test-drive session, where the guests had the opportunity to operate our new generation of intelligent excavators, experiencing firsthand their improved performance, ease of operation, and eco-friendly design.

During the test drive, the clients showed particular interest in the energy-saving features and intelligent control systems of the new models.  They were especially impressed by the adaption of the cooling and air filtration systems to suit high-temperature and high-dust environments similar to those in Ghana.  One client commented, "These machines combine innovation, reliability, and cost-effectiveness—exactly what our market needs."

In subsequent meetings, both sides exchanged insights on the growing demand for advanced construction equipment in Ghana and discussed potential partnerships to localize support and services.  The clients expressed strong confidence in our product quality and technical support, and both parties agreed to further discuss customized business proposals.

This productive visit marks an important step in expanding our presence in West Africa.  We look forward to deepening our relationship with Ghanaian partners and supporting local infrastructure development with high-quality machinery and solutions.
